A frowny is a piercing that goes through the lower lip frenulum. It was named by an Israeli piercer Sarai Bismuth, who also named the Smiley (upper lip frenulum piercing). Jewelery: Most common jewelery is captive rings of some sort or curved barbells. Usually pierced around 18-16G.
Aftercare: Aftercare is just like any other oral piercing. Alcohol free mouthwash would be your best bet.
